Delivery
Most orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours on business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. All items will be send by ePacket free of charge. On average, a package can take 10-15 working days to arrive from date of shipment.
Return & Replace
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for different color/size. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Before mailing us back the item, please contact us for the detailed return & exchange instructions in 48 hours from the time you received the package.
The client is responsable for additional shipping costs.
